In a possibly unrelated story, during the Spring 2010, AEG did choose to terminate their relationship with a Ron McMillan who is the rather emotional principle of a very small marketing firm, EMC2, in Los Angeles.  While I have no proof that Ron or someone in his organization, filed this complaint,  I suspect that Ron assumes I had a role in his termination and felt a need to respond in this rather unprofessional manner. Coincidentally, this complaint was filed only a few days after Ron received a final termination payment from AEG.  Much of EMC2 work for Ritz-Carlton Residences has been discarded,  replaced by material by another agency hired by AEG.  My role is as a consultant to the project.  I am not an marketing agency. After you call See Dee at AEG,  you may want to try to find Ron McMillan and ask him his side of the story...even if this complaint was filed anonymously.
