Hankook tires of America Three of the four tires on my vehicle separated call several times got the same old run around Tennessee

Took my auto to tires shop and they found  I had three of the four Hankook tires had separated and were to  dangeous to drive. Called Hankook of America and they said to take the tires to another dealer  for inspection  I took my truck picked up all the tires went to the dealer I was told to goto. They would NOT inspect the tires unless I paid to have them remounted.  I purchased nrw tires but the lady would not talk to that dealer.  These tires only had 20,600 miles  tread lide excellant but three of the four separated on a 2014 Hoda Civic  factory installed tires.  I ahve made nurmous call to Hankook of America with NO Responce
