 All legally practicing doctors in California must disclose their license information, but this clinic stubbornly refuses to reveal the doctor’s identity and even withholds basic medical records—this is already a violation of the law! A legitimate medical aesthetics clinic must: • Provide verifiable doctor license information • Conduct a detailed pre-surgery consultation & obtain informed consent • Provide complete medical records after the procedure • Prescribe medication with a valid prescription & a responsible doctor’s signature This clinic has failed to meet all of the above requirements! • No doctor license information! • No pre-surgery consultation! • No informed consent form! • Refuses to provide medical records and surgical reports! • Medication was prescribed without a valid prescription or doctor’s signature! Even when I specifically requested the doctor’s information and medical report, they outright refused! They stated that unless I pursued legal action, they would not disclose any information. This is a serious violation of the law! Shouldn’t a clinic at least provide patients with basic medical records? I am now experiencing severe side effects from the procedure, including persistent wound pain, headaches, nerve damage to my skin, and facial depression. I urgently need a detailed surgical report to consult a doctor. The doctor also needs to understand the full details of the procedure to assess the situation and provide the correct treatment plan.

I found this clinic through a WeChat advertisement and chose to undergo a “contour fixation” facelift (a type of facial thread lift).  However, after the surgery, I discovered several issues:     1, Questionable Doctor Credentials • The doctor’s identity was completely concealed and only revealed on the day of surgery. • A middle-aged woman claiming to be a Singaporean doctor, but she provided no license or credentials. • Spoke only Mandarin (with a Northeastern accent) and never spoke English.     2, Rough & Unprofessional Procedure • The doctor was unskilled, and her communication was inappropriate, failing to meet professional medical standards. • Local anesthesia and anti-inflammatory drugs were used without providing any signed consent forms. • Post-surgery, my face became sunken, the skin uneven, puncture scars were visible, and the wounds were painful.     3, Refusal to Provide Surgery Report, Doctor’s Information & No Post-Operative Responsibility • The person in charge, Mengfei Li / Faye, claimed, “It’s normal, nothing can be done.” • Refused to provide the doctor’s name or surgery report. • Arrogantly stated: “Unless you take legal action, we won’t disclose any information!”   I am still experiencing pain at the wound site, skin nerve damage, and unevenness at the needle insertion points. I want to seek a new doctor for a follow-up and corrective surgery, but they refuse to provide the surgery report, which is essential for follow-up or corrective procedures. Without this information, the doctor cannot accurately assess the condition.
