After a lease end with Hann a company came to pick up my Jeep. They loaded on the truck and left. Never saw them. Was left with a crinkled up pink slip with no signatures or acknowledgment of removal from my property. I was home. They swooped in like thieves. I then receive an appraisal for 1st Alert Appraisals in New Jersey falsely stating damages to the vehicle. I'm in utter shock. $1219 worth of unfounded claims. There are so many options please don't choose Hann.
