Rebate was promised in 8-10 weeks. Has now been 14 weeks since rebate form was submitted. Called rebate administrator several times to check on rebate. No apology, feedback, or resolution was offered. Attempts to engage merchant and/or manufacturer's intervention have gone unanswered.
