I had ordered the Cam+ Outdoor WiFi Camera from Happyment that was listed on Facebook on 9/25/2019 for $25.99 plus $6.99 shipping... The ad explicitly stated that it was for the above Cam. I went to the site and ordered the Cam that was listed. As a matter of fact, I was given a choice of camera colors and sd card size...

The order came in on October 28, 2019 and the Cam was not in the order. What arrived was a 32gb sd card only... I immediately sent an email to the address listed on the site, LLL123456791@outlook.com, and told them of the mistake... We went round and round through emails and I was finally told that I did not order the Cam and that I had only ordered an sd card.

I explained that I did not order an sd card because I already have plenty of them and that I wanted my WiFi Cam sent out right away and will return the sd card when I get the Cam... They would not agree to this so I went to Paypal to file a complaint.

I also went back to the Happyment site to find the Cam because PayPal wanted some sort of evidence that I ordered the Cam... The Cam was no longer listed and that page no longer existed. I did find the exact same Cam on their site but now it was listed for $49.99 plus shipping. I made a screen shot of the new ad, along with the screen shot of my order confirmation page and sent it to Paypal with my complaint. Eventually, PayPal closed the case for lack of evidence on my part...

As of this writing, Happyment.Store no longer has either ad for the Cam listed...  Below are the screen shots of the exact ad for the Cam I ordered (now showing for $49.99) and my order confirmation page.

Benjamin is a fraud and so is Happyment and Best-Tool1

AUTHOR: Michael Dyess - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, January 02, 2020

Apparently Benjamin and his fake company "Happyment" are frauds as I had suspected.  He has my contact info and the entire incident report as to what his company tried to pull, but, still no response...  His email address - LLL123456791@outlook.com - is an apparent fake.

also...  During the Paypal checkout at the time of purchase, this email address and company name came up - Gadgetrdeng@outlook.com and Best-Tool1...  Both of these email addresses are frauds and both companies are only trying to take your money...  I tried working with with Benjamin to resolve this but, despite what he has said about wanting to help, he has not made one attempt to correct the problem with my order....  My original order number was #3345...

Still no reply from Benjamin...

AUTHOR: Michael Dyess - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 20, 2019

Apparently, Benjamin and his company has no intentions to solve this issue...

My initial buy from this company was a simple bait and switch and there was never any intentions to send the camera...  I'm just wondering how many more people like me fell for this scam...

Benjamin and his company know who I am from previous correspondence and from the initial order that I made...  If he needs refreshing then he would have sent me a private email, but, nada...

My advice is to stay away from HappyHappy.store, Happyment, or whatever they try to call their store...

If you would send me the Cam I ordered (Cam+ Outdoor WiFi Camera) that I had initially ordered, then I will return the SD Card that was sent to me by mistake which I have no use for since I already have several of them...  I'll await your reply...
