I contacted harbor freight to see about a replacement part as had read you could get replacement keys for safe  and it cost about $3.50 per key and was told couldn't get replacement part as don't carry it but then said cause wasn't under warranty and i didn't say for free said  was willing to pay for the key and she kept saying the same thing over and over and didn't care that i would be posting this on this website even though i got results from them doing this before but by time they responded last time it was too late as the report  was posted on here and i know have contacted them back and the 2nd CSR checked on it also and he actually said key would cost $1-$2 per key whihc first CSR said didn't have nor could i get HArbor freight has some Horrible CSR's and some good ones They need to get rid of ones that don't want to take the time to research stuff for customers who if wasn't for us wouldn't have a job but they are over priced for shipping 1 Key they want $1.00 for key plus 5.00 for shipping they are overcharging customers as it doesn't cost that much to ship a key so i will be buying  a safe for that price on ebay and damaging mine to gain access supervisor claims she didn't have access to give me exact shipping charges and that is a lie you ca nget it beofre u ever complete orders as i have people that have worked or do work for UPS, FEdEx, and USPS and she claimed she couldn't and wasn't willing to help take your business elsewhere as by buuying from here you are supporting incompetent all foreign CSR'S no americans there at their Customer Service Location had to call local store and contact coporate office directly been one big ole mess after another with these CSR's that don't know how to work to computers or orders got parts lady and it was $4.02 with tax and shipping for 1 key and supervisors couldn't even tell me that and the don't bill till they get item in stock
