"I bought an 06 Ultra Classic from OCHD. I have bought three other HD's from Mills. I was told by the owner of OCHD that he wants all of his customers to feel like part of a big family. I was impressed at first with the sales staff and owner but that changed right after my 1000 mile service and a stage one set up. When I brought my bike in for the first service and pipes I got it back with both saddle bags scratched near the guard rails. I called and they told me they would buff them out. Well, the service manager tried but could not. End of story until I called the general manager. After some investigation on his part he told me he would take care of it when I brought my bike in for a CD player replacement that was under warrantee. When I called about the scratches it was determined that they would be repainted, but couldn't give me a time frame. I get my bike back three days after it was promised and rode it home in the rain. After I cleaned it I found two nicks in the fairing right down to the fiberglass. I didn't even call them to complain. I don't want them touching my bike! How is it that OCHD techs are so careless? When I brought the bike in every time for service it was checked in on a check sheet with NO DAMAGE and signed off on by the service writer and me. As for OCHD, I will no longer deal with them. I have shared my experience with my riding friends and I will let them decide if they will deal with OCHD. I cashed in my 50 dollar rider reward points and bought a cover for the bike. I will not set foot in their doors again. Don't get sucked in by OCHD's sales tactics." If my broke down in their parking lot, Id have it towed to another dealer!!
