Harold Andrews False PROPHET StILL IN DEFAULT HAMILTON, Ohio

 The monies owed to me from Harold Andrews was paid to me by the owner of Micah’s CarryOut.The monies were initially made to Harold Andrews and not to the business,a copy of the check is available showing the name of Mr Andrews. I was told by the owner Mr.Izell Crump that he gave Mr.Andrews the money to repay what he owed me.After numerous attempts to to collect,I finally received a check from Mr.Andrews twelve years after the loan was made. I had to take him to court many times to collect the money he owed me.I have observed several false comments in Mr Andrews’s rebuttal,as a so called man of God,he betrayed me and I will have no dealings with this man anymore.

After all these years I am finally replying to this Internet posting. To be clear, I am not engaging Mr. Johnson in an online fight. I never wanted to be on the Internet. I don’t tweet or chat. I am not even on Facebook.

The only reason I am answering now is because friends and family have tried to convince people that I am not the person this posting portrays me to be. So for their sake I will state the facts. There are two sides to every story. One side sounds good until you hear the other side. Here are the true facts.

Several years ago, I was CFO of a restaurant that Mr. Johnson frequented once or twice every week. One of my primary responsibilities was to help the restaurant recover from some past debts. Mr. Johnson knew my role with the restaurant at that time, having patroned the restaurant for years. I was in my third month as CFO when I realized that the restaurant would never have an infusion of cash until a loan was obtained.

At the direction of the owners, and in my capacity as CFO, Mr. Johnson was asked to loan the business $5,000 and he would be paid back with interest. I have a copy of that document that I was going to post here but I decided it may appear after all of this time that I forged the document so I refer you to the original document submitted to the court by Mr. Johnson himself. That documents shows he loaned the money to the business. It was not a personal loan to me, neither was I to be personally responsible for its repayment. I signed as CFO. He also signed and the document was notarized and dated. I clearly states who he was loaning the money to. You can find that document in his own posting.

So how did I wind up being the one he sued? Even after the loan was made, the restaurant continued to struggle. Thirty-three days after Mr. Johnson loaned the money to the business, in a meeting with management, the owners and loan officer to discuss a potential bank loan, a loan officer with the bank mentioned that they should pay Mr. Johnson quickly because he was “blowing up everyone’s phone.” One of the people present at the meeting made a statement to the effect that “that f****t better not call” their phone. Of the seven people in that room, four of us immediately said that the comment was not fair and should not have any bearing on Mr. Johnson getting him his money back. Three weeks later I found out someone had told Mr. Johnson about the derogatory statement but had not told him who said it. I was told that he was badly hurt and believed that I was the one who had said it because he had known the other people longer and wrongly believed that none of them would say such a thing.

I have told Mr. Johnson over and over again that I never said that, but to no avail. He got so angry he sued me in my personal capacity. He did not even name the business in the lawsuit when the document clearly shows that he loaned the money to the business, not to me. By the time I found out I was being sued I had already missed a court date and the judge pierced the corporate veil by default which left me no protection.

Years later, when the owners were able, they paid back all of their investors, including Mr. Johnson, four years ago. That payment is also in the court records. Rather than post the check and record myself I refer you to the court documents so no one can say I forged the document clearly showing that he was paid. Mr. Johnson was then asked to remove this vindictive post but he refused and to this day, more than 10 years later, he maintains this post. It is unfortunate that anyone can post anything on the Internet and often there is nothing you can do about it.

Don’t take my word or statements. Don’t take his. The documents are public record. Read them and you will see he never loaned me money as he has stated for more than a decade.

Dear Sir,i have read your resposnse to the comments I have made cocerning h.andrews.I have known this man since 1997,I have met his family and attended the same church his daughter now is a member of.I saw the hand of God in his ministry and supported him through freewill offerings etc, I never thought I would have to take him to court for anything.If you read my original statement it stated the fact that I loaned andrews the money,I have a notorized contract and he is now in contempt of court and there is an open warrant for his arrest here in the state of Maryland.This man didnt care about the hardship it placed on me to have to pay this money back and is still not paid off!!! He had my full trust at one time now after taking time off from work to watch him lie again in court and ignore court orders to show proof of employment etc.You can believe what you choose about this man but I know and have seen the other side of h.andrews.You can reference our case at the Maryland Judicial Case Search ref Harold Andrews 2005.

  Carson, I don't know you or the details of any business between you and Rev. Andrews but I do know Harold. And I know he is a true man of God and called to be His Prophet. 

  Also I feel the very nature of your reports are threatening and very un-Christ like and it is hard for me to believe Harold would behave in the way you describe. I've known Harold many years and although I hav'nt seen or talked to him in recent years I know that he still remains faithful in his calling.

  I was a pastor of a small church and could not offer Harold a whole lot in the way of money except for what we took in a love offering and he always graciously accepted whatever meager amount we offered. He always came when we called and was a great and genuine blessing to our church and never one time did he ever approach our people for money.

 He always told me small churches were his burden and where many evangelists would never even return a phone call because the pay wasn't up to their standards,Harold never refused.
