Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I wanted to order a book for my son "The Meltdown".
I searched and it came up on harpertom.com and no where on the page did it say it was a download.
The order was placed on 11/16/18 and I checked on the order on 11/29/18 and that is when I realized it was a download.
I emailed the company for a refund, because I wanted a book not a download and they said all new customers need to look at the sites terms & conditions.
Grant it, it was only $6.50, but the point is to show it is a download when you are looking at the page and not after you purchase it.
