harris county toll road authority False Invoices for toll violations houston Texas

I moved from Florida and i received 3 invoices for unpaid toll fees of 1.75 and .50 cents a total of 109.00 which i have never gone through a toll without paying since I have lived in Houston. The biggest scam is that they mail me a picture of my tag, but i will love to see a video that indicates such thing. I have never and will never steal 1.75 or 0.50 from the city or whicever entity. I will go until the end wth this i will not allow them to take my money like that. This is too much of a rip off. Acoording to the system, if I went through a toll that was for coins only, the green light will not come on if I didn't put the correct change. If you go to a lane that actually has a person because you have no change available the person will only let you by after you pay. Because I have never used a EZtag lane because I know i do not have an EZ tag account. THey will have to explain to me with video proof that I did not pay my tolls accordingly. So sad and dissapointed.
