I was contacted by Mike Anderson who has a very stong indian accent, and he stated they had a lawsuit against me and that i would go to jail and that they would report it to my employer. THen i spoke with David Martin the supervisor of the law firm who told me not to talk while he read my charges well i couldnt understand crap he said, buit when I told my friend was a District attorney and I needed more info he hung up on me. so how can I stop the calls what if they do call my employer.

That is all they are. There is no lawsuit, no arrest nothing! Tell them to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters!

Is this law firm calling in regards to a debt? Depending on what state you live in you can actually sue them for harassing you. Do they continue to call you? You should take pictures of your caller ID to show proof of all the incoming/missed calls. Also, don't erase any messages. Have they sent you any letters?
