I have been unable to ascertain the truth or falsity of the statements upon which my prior post was made. Therefore, I am now retracting my prior post about Harry Keane, Becky Purcell,Perission Entertainment, and Nu Vista Studios.

It's a shame all of this had to happen before you realized who and what this con man really was all about.  We had a good team and I can assure you I was never jealous, I knew how it would end.

I never posted anything negative as some wished to believe,  as you all did, I just sat back and laughed that everyone was so concerned about what we were NOT doing.  We laughed at the cease and desist order, it wasn't hard to cease what we had never done to begin with.

I've never wished anyone to fail, I promise you that, I just knew that it would never be a sucess with Harry Keane as your "leader".  I truely hope you are on your feet and able to sell your show in the near future.

I am the original author of the post entitled "gimme a break" as a rebuttal on this thread.  I wrote that and posted that at the request of Harry Keane.  I am now rebuttaling my post as Its completely nonsense.  Not only is everything on this website about Harry Keane, Becky Purcell, Perission entertainment, and Nu Vista Studios the truth, I am embarrased to have even posted that to begin with.  It didnt take too much digging for me to find proof of the allegations against the above named individuals.  Its a fact that these posts are truth.  Its a fact that these posts are indeed from real victims.  It is a fact that the above named individuals are easily catregorized into violators of the RICO ACT.  Its a fact that they are under investigation in numerous jurisdictions, and official capacities.  It is a fact that they are guilty, and will be brought to justice.  I will personally see to it.

 

FACT 1.  None of my employees were ever paid for the services as what outlined in their agreements and contracts.  Harry manufactured numerous lies to play mind games with my people, and myself, in order to continue to perpetuate his con.

FACT 2.  He has numerous complaints and pending litigations that are catching up to him.

Fact 3.  Tired of stupid on complaints board is most definitely Becky Purcell.  She told me So.

FACT 4.  He has no claim to anything that is mine, and will pay the price for his transgressions against us all.

FACT 6 through 129.  I CAN AND WILL PROVE YOUR GUILT!

A studio will find a project and either buy it down right or like a lot of owners of the material will do sign a contract that gives them creative control. Mr. Keane is a dishonest man. I designed a website for Harry a couple years ago, and he never payed me a cent. He stopped returning phone calls. He email me false reports from his attorney cliaming bazaar things were happening to him. Each and every day I tried contacting him he had crazy stories. One story was quite funny, I called Harry and asked if he could pay me that day. His words were "No, I can't I am in Ohio". Well... I had one of his friends phone numbers and I called him and asked him if he had talked to Harry and he said "Yes, I just left his house." Well Harry's home is not in Ohio.
In conclusion, Harry is a scammer trying to sue a big corporation because he is too ignorant to claim his way to the top.

Your response makes me laugh, I met Harry about five years ago. He's taken several of my friends. How anyone can fall for his BS like you have amazes me. (Con One) Just before this and during this time, he had this "Turn Up The Mic" TV show that he just signed an * million dollar deal with ABC to air. Again scamming singers into sending him "entrance fees" for this new talent show produced by the "original creator" of American Idol. All of these "contestants" lost their money, because their was no show, no deal with ABC, just a nifty web site and a bunch of out right lies.

Keane pushed hard and thought that he could convince a judge that he actually sent documents on his creation to the REAL creators of Idol and they stole it from him. They judge saw through it and awarded Fox $160K in damages. Yet, he still walks around telling that lie.

 America's Next Girl Band. Producers are looking for women ages 15-26 who can play guitar, bass, drums or keyboards (or sing, of course) and of coarse be prepared to hand Harry money out of your pocket and be ripped off. The fact is this Harry was never a director or producer he did a low budget movie which he used to get his name on the internet before people started making numerous complaints about him.

Harry Keane Jr is a scam artist. He stole 2 companies from 3 partners of those companies and is now facing a class action lawsuit. He is now making claims that he created Hunter Vs Hunter, when it was my team that put it together. I have documented proof that he was nowhere near this idea for almost a year. The other scam artist partner of his is Patricia Fontane and Becky Purcell. These people are sick. They claim to be devoted Christians yet lie worse than any people I have ever met in my entire life and I have met many bad liars in my lifetime. But this guy takes the cake! He has forged attorney's signatures..He claims he has 26 attorney's on his board of directors but yet he will download documents from the net and just get his agreements notarized rather than signed by a real attorney. We looked up one of the attorney's he claimed that signed some documents and found that the attorney had no idea who he was and that this is the 4Th time he has used his name on documents and asked us for a copy (which was sent over right away). This man is a fraud. He also has another company called Twister Records & Nu-Vista Studios, that he and his brother operates. He is a scam. That's all there is to it and now he is hitting the paranormal community and now making claims he has 6 years experience as an investigator yet he didn't even know what Night Vision was until he asked us about it. He is a very sick individual with many cases against him. He has settled out of court 4 times now on fraud cases. We will not settle! We will make sure this is purely public so that it doesn't happen to someone else. This case has 12 individuals against Harry Keane Jr. He will pay for his crimes this time!
