In toronto, this son of a ?#@%$! took my forty dollars, never sent me the prepaid credit card as offered. Not only that, when I checked his web page, he had placed my name on his web site and falsely quoted me as saying how happy I was with this business!!

Is that not fraud?! I am super mad, and I even have his name. Mark my words, this is not over. He is a wanted man by many apparantly. His name is brian duvall

www.mycard.ca is in no way associated with that individual. It is a legitimate company, I work for them and also had a card with them long before I was employed here. They're worth the money.

yes, investigations are underway...and also, ms "lou" from east ontario, this gentleman that has scammed quite a few people i'm sure apparantly isn't even a resident of this country, so hopefully we will have some new news to report on this individual soon...even on this secured website apparantly they cannot spell idle "threat", as it is pronounced "thread"....just be very careful is all we can say.

Harvest Capital Ripoff : Why Weren't The ads Pulled

AUTHOR: Mary-lou - (Canada)

POSTED: Monday, November 07, 2005

I too am a victim of Brian Duval. My question to anyone is "Why the hell, wasn't all the advertising through legitimate companies i.e. web hosting, yellow pages, pulled knowing this company was a fraudelant company?" I feel that those companies should be responsible for allowing consumers like myself to fall prey to this idiot! I was a complete dumba@s! and didn't do a BBB check on harvest before sending off my CIBC money order which will cost me $25.00 to have a proper investigation performed. There is another company operating called MyCard.ca and if anyone knows anything about that one, please post here. I also saw on Ebay a listing for $39.95 to open a U.S. bank account with a mastercard debit card. I think he is scamming all over! He has to be stopped.
