Harvest Moon Loans Tribal Lending Enterprises Stole money Boulevard California

My husband got a small loan from them. They stated he could 2 small payments, with the first one having the interest fee included. They continued taking the interest out for 6 months and refuse to refund any of the money.  They claim it is his fault for letting it go so long even though there was a closing date supposed to be put on the phone that he verified.  In total for a loan that was supposed to be $130 including interesting is now up to $300.  In my opinion, this is theft.
