I paid $3,100 to Harvey Garte's company for a loan modification on November 19, 2010. Throughout this time nothing has been accomplished.

I just found out today February 7,2012, by google,that he has closed his business and there is no refunds and no loan modification. I never received any notice of any kind.

Yesterday, I received a letter from Bank of America requesting information that I had sent to Harvey already. That was when I did some investigating and found this information out.
