Zoia falsified a status certificate, lied to us in stating the property had no issues and was a great investment. The buyers also lied and signed affidavits stating no outstanding work orders existed in the building. Zoia, told us we didn't need an inspection in lieu of the status certificate she obtained and sent to the lawyer. We did not not see it, nor did the lawyer. In fact, the building had serious water damage, flooding and needed a new roof for over 10 years. After moving in we received a special assessment for $8,000 and increased maintenance fees. The leaking was constant, our hardwood floor destroyed with wood rot and now we live with toxic mold.
