HASSELLFREE REALTY UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS SOUTHFIELD Michigan

I was purchasing a home with a good credit score. Preapproved by a well known bank. Found my dream home and called my realtor, we made an offer on the home, the seller counter bids to a higher cost paying up to 2700.00 in closing fees. I went to city county bldg to obtain city inspection report. The home needed some work to pass fha inspectors. I was referred to a brokers office who informed me i could get a 203k loan to pay for all repairs, my bank does not offer 203k loans says my loan officer, so i used this too late to recognize these unprofessional idiots as a broker, they sent me on a rollercoaster all to have the home go back on the market. They ran my credit 5 times trying to obtain a higher loan approval.

While that was happening they gave me two of their associates who only wanted cash which i paid 140.00 for contractor inspection, 400.00 for appraiser, paid off all debts to creditors which is ok. Hasselfree never submitted to me a estimate letter until i asked for one. They contractor sits in the office with the head scammer leaving my husband and i listening to this woman ramble on and on about what all we need to do,"We need your check stubs,letter of employment, you need 2400.00 down, etc.....".

All of this started on November 4,2008. I had 4 closing dates all to be changed. Finale, this house went back on the market 02/09 all because the unprofessional broker idiots never informed the seller they were trying to get me approved for a 203k loan, which jacked this loan up to 78000.00, only to get a higher commission from seller. Now, i found another home, i went back to my previous loan officer,she informed me my credit score has dropped 70 points and now my credit score is too low to be approved of a fha loan. thanks a lot idiots.......
