HavenBrook lists home on the Multiple Listing Service to rent their properties and as a Licensed Realtor i have rental clients interested in their properties. They direct me to have clients fill out an application on their website and then i get ripped off of my commissions by never hearing back from them and when i let them know that i showed their homes,they say that one of their agents rented it.I dont get paid a salary and work off of my hard work showing these properties using my car and gas.I spent 2 days showing homes to a client and they liked one of Havenbrooks listings and directed me to their online application then they steal the client.They are POND SCUM!

What you could do in the future, or anyone also experiencing this is to submit your commission report/commission acknowledgement to the property manager or tenant finding service they use. I would reccommend sending the email directly to the one listed in the MLS and another person, such as the accounting department. You may have to get it to more than one person so that you can be sure to get a response in writing and get paid.
