My parents recently took a vacation to Hawaii, and purchased several "Event" passes from this guy. When he created the intineraries, he scheduled them to the wrong dates and times. My parents contacted the companies involved with the events, who promptly refunded the money to the contractor, but Mr. Fradella outright refuses to give that money to my parents. Essentially, he has been paid twice.

My parents attempted to challenge the charge on their credit card as fraudulent, but the guy sent in fake documentation, just enough to prevent the company from doing a charge back. The guy is a complete fraud from start to end.
