owner roger rumsey 7139274008 dosent want to pay his driver for the work we did for his co.he knows that as independent contractors we have to pay for our own fuel and bills. he will have you spend your money to haul freight for him and when it is time to pay his drivers he dosnt want to pay and then he says to get a lawyer.we need to let mr rumsey know that this is not the way you run a business or the way you treat people who work hard for thier money.

THIS DRIVER WHO IS MICHAEL DRAKE WAS NOT PAID BECAUSE HE WAS PART OF THE CHRISTIAN (JORGE GARCIA) FRAUD SQUAD. YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY REBUTTAL TO THE "SCREWED IN TEXAS" POSTING AND FROM THAT YOU CAN ADD THIS DRIVER. HE WAS INVOLVED IN THE 60-40 SPLIT PROGRAM STEALING MONEY FROM HAWK LOGISTICS. IT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED HOW MUCH MONEY MICHAEL DRAKE COLLECTED IN THIS SCAM. I TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE INVESTIGATING ALL THE SERVICES HE PROVIDED TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH IF ANY MONEY HE COLLECTED FROM OUR CUSTOMERS CUSTOMER. IF IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE COLLECTED (STOLE) MONEY FROM THE COMPANY HE WOULD NEED A LAWYER TO DEFEND HIM. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT HE WAS NOT INVOLVED WE WOULD PAY HIM PROMPTLY. BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS INVOLVED AND IN TRYING TO GET REPSPONSES FROM THEM THE INVESTIGATION IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. HE HIMSELF ADMITTED TO ME THAT HE HAD ACCEPTED MONEY FROM A CUSTOMER AT THE DIRECTION OF CHRISTIAN. MICHAEL DRAKE YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TIED UP AND IN BED WITH CHRISTIAN. WE WILL FIND OUT AND YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.
