these guys sold me a security system which they were unable to install. it took me 5 months and more than 15 phone calls to get a refund of $31. they were very unprofessional, acting like they couldn't hear me on the phone, or it was breaking up, transferring me to a dial tone, transferring me to a voicemail. like i said, very unprofessional. finally i got my refund and an apology that this was a very unusual case; well maybe it was unusual but 5 months??!! really, how dumb do they think i am?
