The $9.95 charge is for shipping on a free trial. The $59.95 is because the program was not canceled in the trial time period. I believe I remember speaking with you and giving you the toll free 800 number to our customer service department. There I know they would help you out with any questions you have / had about the product. The receipt was e-mailed to the email account that was provided online when the purchase was made.

I too have just had a mysterious transaction from H B Products Unlimited appear 05/27/08 at 9:25 PM (EST) as a pending transaction on my business banking account (Suntrust) in the amount of $69.97. I met with the manager at the bank's main branch this morning. We went over the details of the transaction and I explained to him that I have never heard of this company prior to this incident.

He explained that once the transaction moves from pending transactions and has posted that I should come back in and he will begin filing a complaint under Federal Regulation E and thus begin an investigation into the event. I will be required to sign an affidavit that basically states that the transaction was not initiated by me and is indeed fraudulent. I'm not sure as to when the monies will be credited back to my account (whether it is at the conclusion of the investigation or at the outset), but I will inquire about it when I go in to file the complaint and post back here.

I also sent an e-mail explaining the situation to clientcare@hbproductsunlimited.com , (giving them benefit of the doubt) as an opportunity to reconcile the situation and provide details of the fraudulent transaction to the bank for further investigation.
