HBC Scam artist, crooks, thieves....We have been doing work for FedEx for app 15 years with no problems, both as a contractor and a sub contractor... it all started when Fed Ex decided to eliminate their maintenance dept... they used HBC as a go between vendor...We do the work for Fed Ex thru HBC...proper PO numbers from Fed Ex and reference numbers from HBC...all documented ..all work was done to FedEX specifications and FedEX management signed all of my work orders showing they were happy with work performed...
Even when HBC started they were extremley slow pay...50-60 -70 days unacceptable..pretty much stopped doing anything for FedEx due to HBCs slow pay policy ...FedEX personell begged us to come back, guaranteed faster payment..nothing changed...the last straw,,,We did work from April 11th thru June 30 2014...with out any payment....FedEx cancelled the contract with HBC app June 10 of 2014,,,contract ended June 30, 2014 ...never notified us..so we got screwed big time..
now neither anyone from FedEX or HBC( or whatever they call themselves today) will talk about payment...I tried to talk to a Regional Guy with FedEX and his reply was "" I can't talk about it, I have 5 mouths to feed"",, one gal at FedEX who tried to help was terminated because she was trying to do what was right for the contractors....
Both these companies have big legal staff just waiting to crush the little guys,,,and I'm not alone,,there are hundreds of contractors screwed out of millions of dollars...
no disgruntled employee here...just a pissed off man triying to make a living and we have to deal with crooks like this

Greetings all!
Cary Bob and Mike, if your reading this...lol...gotcha!
My Name is Don Holland, I was approached by Mike Brown who reported to represent HBC Strategies (formerly facilities)in Dallas through a craigslist ad. Mike was looking to have some work done on a project in lake Dallas, and a project at the Addison airport.
Mike wined and dined myself and my wife, he wanted our company to do the work, however, he also offered me a job at HBC as the regional director in Dallas. He said that we could do the work through my wifes company, but to not bring it to Cary (the owners) attention. I have many emails and recorded conversations with Mike, and Cary, and Bob, and of course, they left us holding the bag, BUT...I was also an employee of HBC...there must be someone out there with knowledge enough to team with me and bring these folks to justice...By the way, I am a people of the United States, not a citizen, therefore I have authority to prosecute this under common law, and not have to deal with the bs that positive law allows for persons and corporations to get away with.

This is the white collar crime division of the fbi. They will investigate were the money went. I am owed a lot of job like you and I can't but wonder were my labor and material money is. It is imperative that you contact them to expose the fraud here. Contact solid fence in Massachusetts for info look us up
