• TRTY (lending territory): Nationwide, International
• AMNT (amount): Up to $850M
• LTV or ARV: 65% to 90% LTV (Same for ARV).    
• INT: Starting as low as 3.25%
• PTS: 2-6 points depending on project
• TRM (term): 6 months to 7 years depending on the loan
• PPP (pre-payment penalty? – fixed rate period): dependent on the loan type
• CRDT (credit score if necessary): We have loan programs for bruised credit, but majority of clients have anywhere from a 540 to an 800+
• Property Types: Commercial and Residential (all types in between those categories; i.e.: mixed use)
