This company offered to provide me with: "The registered owners first and last name and address along with vehicle make, model, year, vehicle identification number, (VIN) tag expiration date, original title number and lein holder information;" Associated with the tag (license plate) number that I provided for $29.99. I entered all required information and paid to find out that I had just un- wittingly became a member of standard netdetective, a worthless service that could not supply one (1) item of the information promised.

A refund has been submitted. If the charge was actually deducted from your account, a refund will be processed and it normally takes 30 days for this credit to be applied back to your account. This is the banks policy, not ours. We initiate the refund immediately. If this was just an authorization (pending charge), this refund will void that charge and nothing will be deducted from your account. If we can be of further assistance please let us know.
