HDE Hottest Deals Ever Tried to Return Non-working Item, Did NOT ANSWER BACK ON EMAIL OR PHONE! Internet

I'm reporting a Pennsylvania based Amazon Company that sells cables and misc electronics, they are suppose to be a legit company but do not answer their emails or phones, when i do call, i almost always get the answering machine or some sort of bot, not a real person, and when i contacted over e-mail i got ahold of customer support but i was ignored after i said i wanted to return a package, i did not know how to do it, if you ever buy electronic cables and misc from Amazon, be sure to check that it is not HDE (Hottest Deals Ever) should be renamed to BRE (Biggest RIP-OFF EVER!!)
