This company charged a fee to do one background check to help our company comply with a background report for USDOT compliance. Unknown to us they also automatically established monthly membership (that had to be canceled within three days) charging a fee of $29.95/mo. The company processed two identical memberships to the same "customer." When called the company refused to refund all of the money or stop the memberships, offering instead to refund 3 months charges of $29.95 on only one account.

When confronted about their listing here on Ripoff the representative asked "well why didn't you check your statement and call us sooner?" When asked what possible use there was for one person to have two"memberships" the representative said admitted there was none and hung up the phone.
