PLaced an order on the internet and had some trouble with the photo, I called and left a message, 2 days later received a call from a man named Ken.  He was Chinese and hard to understand but that aside, he explained how to send the photos for this order.  I did an expedited time line as well which cost a bit more (about 80.00 more).

He told me he received the photos and they were fine.  several days later I receive a email stating they did not receive my photo?  I wrote back and said I sent them to Ken, he told me they were good and a response came back 3 days later, they do not have my photo.  I called again and could not reach Ken or anyone for that matter.

Well needless to say 1.5 days after I called again and reached Ken and explaned I received this email and Im confused, he said he will take care of it.  Well being a fast order expedited and paying so much more for that premium, I received a email 4 days later saying this order has not begun due to no photo.  I resent the photo again and finally they said it would be received, I said great but this was a expedited order, I need it from when I ordered it within the time line, the email responded no problem.

Well I never received my doll when it was due.  It actually came 2 weeks later and I was upset because it was needed for a party.

I wrote and asked for  arefund of the time line, they wrote back 2 days after and said they delivered it in the proper time line, it was due to not receiving photos that it was delayed and blamed me... I since then filed a complaint with my credit card company and await the decision but what a crock.  It was very hard to get this resolved and always took so much time in between... come to find out the dolls are made in china as well and prob. could never of met my requested time line.  When received, it didnt bobble..  so I bought a custom bobble head that does not bobble.  I threw it out and await the credit card decision for refund which they refused.

Good luck folks, dont get caught in this terrible service
