headphones depot I purchased an ipod touch 2nd generation for Daniel Hines, however, when it arrived it was an ipod touch 1st generation. I emailed him immediately with no response, so returned the ipod touch via UPS Cincinnati, Ohio

I purchased an ipod touch 2nd generation from Daniel Hines as a Christmas present. When I received the ipod it was a 1st generation, so I email Daniel Hines immediately. My emails were not answered.

I returned the ipod 1st generation, explaining he had sent the wrong one, he did receive the returned ipod as I have verification from UPS. However, he has not credited my Visa card for the returned item.
