I placed an order for an Ipod Nano for my daughter for Christmas on December 26th, 2010. She used her Christmas money for the order. My credit card was instantly charged and I have not received the order. The website seemed legitimate. I received an e-mail order confirmation stating the order would ship in 24-72 hours.

I waited until December 30th before trying to inquire about the order.As of January 8th, I have not received the product or any response. No answer on the published phone number, and no response to my e-mails. Buyer beware; this guy is a thief. Don't trust him. I plan to notify the Cincinnati Police about this guy.

I contacted the Cincinnati Police Department to begin investigating Daniel J. Hines for fraud. If anyone else has been left high and dry by this person, contact the Cincinnati Police so more reports can be filed against him.
