when starting with this company it was a whole different world and it is now. we were with a different company then health care services came-in and then the torture begin we went from cleaning 16 rooms to cleaning 25+ rooms went from 40 hours for everybody to 340 hours for everybody to share. there is no overtime allowed if you work over time you will get written up if you do not finish your job on time you will get spoken to or written up. there is a time schedule of when you're supposed to do these things. before healthcare services came in everything ran smoothly you weren't stressed at all meetings weren't being called all the time about this company we are a union we are trying to get them out of our company. they promise you everything and then they go back on their word this company is the biggest scam.
