Healthcare corp One Careington International Corporation This is a Company that gives alot of refunds, or say they do Tempe, Arizona

This Company called me one day when I was looking for somebody to sell me Health Insurance.  The Sales Rep told me that they will pay for 80% of my Medical costs including Dental, Eyeglasses etc. For only 499.50 I thought that was a terrific price!!!
     A few weeks later I receive the information, and found the plan didn't pay for any medical bills, and only give a discount on on dental, eyeglasses and prescription drugs.
Also it doesn't pay 80% of those costs either.
   I called them and they told me being I paid for a year I had to write them.  I wrote them a Certified letter and waited a few weeks.  I started calling them and keep getting the same answer that refunds are given in order they are received and somebody will call when I get my refund.  My question is, how can a company stay in busness if they have to give out a lot of refunds?  I want my money back when I ask for a refund as fast as they take the money from me. I got tired of calling them so I complained to The BBB and now posting on here, I hope I get my money back!!!
