Dear Potential Client,

      Let me start by first saying that I don’t blame you for being on this site. In today’s market it is very wise to do some research on a company that you are considering doing business with.

 In rebuttal to the comments made regarding our quality of service. I ask you to consider, that from time to time, any business is going to make a mistake here or there. In the past 11 years we have made a few errors of our own. Ironically, none of those customers have filed online complaints. I assume this is because of the way that we have dealt with our mistakes responsibly enough to meet the clients expectations.

 Unfortunately, just like in any business, we sometimes cross paths with a consumer who has unrealistic expectations. You are seeing a few examples of this type of interaction below. The accusations being made are horrific. Any business that would do the things outlined in the complaint below doesn’t deserve to be in business, and likely wouldn’t stay in business very long.  To the contrary HLS has been in business for 11 years, has an A+ rating with the BBB, and has a 75% return customer ratio. 

 Please do not hesitate to continue your research just a few steps further by asking us to provide references. Our by inquiring with the BBB to confirm our A+ rating.

 Plus we will give any new client a 10% discount simply for calling and saying that you read this rebuttal on ripoff report.

The owner of this company is not telling the truth !

STOP LYIING AND STEALING

I had a very similar experience with this company, I infact have warned many of my physician friends from using them, and will continue to do so, these poeple are thiefs and will steel your money !

I totally agree with the report filed against this company, and I am sure it will not be the last one ! The BBB should also be notified of their scams !!

They are also more expensive than the other companies and the quality of their service is very poor.  DONT USE THEM !

Healthcare Licensing Services, Inc. has assisted over 25000 physicians with medical licensure in the
last ten years. We are the only medical licensure service with an A+ rating.

The "total" cost to obtain medical licensure is determined by the
state that you are applying to and your specific credentials. Since no two
physicians have exactly the same credentials, it is very rare for two
physicians to pay the same price for licensure. We advertise our $499 service
fee as a flat rate because some licensure companies utilize attorney like
billing. With our flat rate you know exactly what you are paying us to complete the
medical license application process for you. 

Healthcare Licensing Services, Inc. requires every client to sign a one page
agreement stating that they understand that our $499 flat rate fee doesn't
include any of the other fees associated with medical licensure (board fees,
transcript fees, license verification fees etc.) We also provide this
information here and here on or website. 

The signed agreement is also intended to confirm that all of our clients are aware of
our prorated refund policy which is located here on our website. By the time the medical license application has been completed and shipped to the client for signature, an average of 3 to 4 hours has already been spent doing research and data entry. This former client's claim that only ten minutes of work had been done is completely untrue.  

To any potential client who is reading this post, I ask you to consider the idea that this customer might have entered into an agreement without reading it or asking any questions, and instead relayed on assumptions.
