I have been billed for my own medical records which I have never recviced I found out by a few attorenys that it was agisnt the law for them to bill me and not recvive the product. this is like if you was charged for something you never recived and I want actions taken or I will take this to court. You cant make me pay for something I never recived this is illegal and wrong! the doctor recvied them and he should have to pay for them.
