Healthy Eye Regen Plus Healthy Premium Beauty 855-610-7063 Fraudulent Sales Azusa California

I answered an advertisement for a free sample of eye cream, also requiring a shipping fee of $4.95.  I received the item and an addtional charge of $5.95 under the name of Healthy Premium Beauty (855-610-7063).  Several days later I received a phone call from Citi Bank VISA asking if I approved an $87.95 purchase from HealthyEyeRegenPlus.  I said, "no" and received another VISA card.  A couple weeks later I received an "Action Required" from Citibank VISA asking about the fraudulent charge. 

I stated that "Neither I, nor anyone authorized by me, made this charge or received any benefit."  Several days later, I received a letter from Citibank VISA stating that merchant was verified and Citibank VISA would be recharging my account!  I called and spent hours on the phone with Citibank Customer Service, Disputes and Security Operations.  After the fifth person, they stated the two merchants were "related" and somehow I agreed to the additional charge of $87.95?

I never received an email confirmation or any verification of this charge.  I also did not receive another product for this $87.95 and tried calling the merchant, but could not get through, and they never returned my call.  Citibank VISA (as opposed to AmericanExpress) would not protect the customer from this type of fraud.  Healthy Premium Beauty is a front to this other HealthyEyeRegenPlus, and they have used all the tools to scam a potential buyer.  Citibank VISA recharged my account!  AmericanExpress has resolved disputes much less fraudulent than this.
