healthylifecorp.com after buying a 4.95 skin cream sample, they have charged my account a month later for $99.95 I think it said they were in the UK Internet

I bought a sample skin cream offer for $4.95 (shipping only). The skin cream was 'allure' and was sold to me by healthylifecorp.com. on March 24, 2017. I believe the web-site said they were in the UK.
Ten days later, on April 10, 2017, they charged my MasterCard $99.95 for no reason. I have emailed them twice to reverse the charges and respond to my email and they have not responded.
I'm very poor and just worried sick about this and future charges. My bank says they won't block the charges.
