THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF....
REPORT ANY LOSS TO THE RIPOFF SITE AND CALL THE ?????
ORDERING IS NOT A PROBLEM, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF THAT COME WITH THE PRODUCT,,,DONT PAY THAT OR FOR THE WARRANTY,,,SHOP AROUND
WHEN YOU FIND THAT SHIPPING IS SO HIGH THAT YOUR ALMOST PAYING FOR TWO OF WHAT YOUR BUYING,,,,THAT'S WHERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!! IT GETS BETTER......TRY AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER----OR ANY OF THE OTHER ORDERS THEY PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU DONT FOLLOW YOUR EMAILS YOU WILL GET BURNED IN THE END BEFORE ITS ALL SAID AND DONE I'M NOT OUT BUT I'M PISSED.

Now after my bank gave me my money back. They say that they have been trying to collect my payment for this unauthorized transaction since December. Nonsense,,no mail, no e-mail, I've been her for 19 yrs. and they mailed it to my address. I have their product here unopened since Dec. 2008. They pay for shipping to send it back and its all theirs,,,but they dont want do that. Buyer beware.......

No thanks to Hearthware Home I got my money back from this, but not before they did a fraud investigation on them.
