The company will not honor the warranty unless purchased from authorized dealers. I have yet to see a list of authorized dealers.

The warranty states that the warranty is only valid to the original purchaser. As far as I know the company I bought it from was not an auction site, it was not reconditioned nor used. So I thought I was the original purchaser. I guess the company I bought from has that distinction.

Moral of the story, you can only buy from the manufacturer.

Not worth the box it was in

AUTHOR: Molly - (U.S.A.)

After using the product a little longer I found it does not reach the correct temperature, the plastic lift off lid is dangerous and the heating element coating flakes off onto your food. The unit only reaches 275-300 degrees which is a lot less than what it takes to cook a frozen steak in the advertised time.
Stay away from this product and the company!
