heartythingsss.com and TOM PAN 91789 got to the scamming web site through FaceBook : heartythingsss.com Ordered the product on March 17 and they refused to send it or refund until I raised the issue with PayPal. Then they sent the product on May 5th!. CITY OF INDUSTRY CA

I ordered the product on March 17 through FaceBook seller www.heartythingsss.com
Luckily I used PayPal and after I opened a complaint with them on May 4 I received a product on May 6! The shipment was done by "TOM PAN" from CA which has a lot of complaints on the internet as well.
Before My 3, I wasted a lot of energy and time communicating with support@heartythingsss.com. They responded vaguely to some of my e-mails and some they ignored. It looks as if they were dragging time.
When you deal with shady sellers do not delay. Open complaint with the bank or PayPal as soon as you suspect someone is scamming you.
I wish the banks and PayPal were more pro-active and warned buyers that the site has buyers complaining.
