Heather Difrancesco Stand Alone Cockers Sold me an inbred dog and misled me on health testing and quality Peoria Arizona

Heather Difrancesco is a cocker spaniel show and pet quality dog breeder. I purchased a puppy from her and when I received the pedigree there was inbreeding (mom/son) I was told that the dog came from health tested lines (she claimed her lines were clear of OFA, cerf and PRA testing). The dam had NO OFA information at all in the database. I found out later that her dogs are raised primarily in cages. Possible puppy mill situation. Sadly she also participates in conformation showing but engages in pet breeding as well, buyer beware.
