 Not many know the real Theanna Zika.  You have to had worked with her one on one, to get the full brunt on the unorganized, say one thing and then change it type person and then blame it on you when you are doing what you were told to in the first place. 

She is mean spirited and vindictive.  Most of the office staff she runs them into the ground,  barely showing up to run her own business,  then when it's not something she would have done (and you can rarely get ahold of her on phone to ask) then you live in dread that when she comes in all hell will break loose.  Many office staff have walked out to get away from her and her bizarre behavior. 

Quite a few caregivers have quit due to her baggering.  Clients not getting statements till months later.  They are all adding up.  This is not one or two disgruntled employees, or clients - but many.

She owes caregivers money they worked for that she refuses to pay.  People who apply for unemployment she denies it, saying she offered them clients but they refused.  She does, but she offers caretakers clients that are so far away that they can't afford to drive that far.  Or at a time that they can't do, due to children ect.  And she laughs about how she is getting over on them. 

So if you think you know her, you don't.  She just has her game face on.  Behind that is a person who makes working for her miserable.
