I sent a horse to Heavens Gait Farm to be sold on consignment in 4/2011. They agreed to pay me $2000 upon sale of the horse. They sold the horse one month later for $6500.

They have made small payments, $250 each, to me so far that total only $750. They owe me $1250 and refuse to respond to my messages and block me from posting on their facebook.

I have asked them repeatedly to pay me per our agreed upon contract and to respond to me. They have dealt unethically and illegally with me in this contract by refusing to pay when they promised they would pay. One year later, I am still waiting for the balance, $1250, they owe me.
