Once A Criminal, Always A criminal?

I don’t know this man, but I see in the court docket that he served his time and was also very young when the crimes occurred. Yes, it is a little scary when you see those words, but I’m familiar enough with the system to know that it is very important to know the details before judging a person with a criminal record. I believe in reformation, and the fact that he is now a doctor (!) shows he has reformed his life! I personally find this inspiring. I guess perception is the foundation of our realities.
