I watched this man fill my oil tank and then fill his truck tank and charge me for all the fuel. He is a very shady operator. He uses a box address so you cant find him he has a location on prospect rd in west hempfield a place down farther near dairy rd. his house is in harrisburg and has many other properties. He has many differnt trucks and they all have different names of companies on them and dot numbers etc. He just buys old trucks and never changes the numbers or lettering which is also illegal. I know of two companies I have spoke to that quit using him because he always over billed them.
