FIRST CAPITAL SECURITIES INC/MS HELEN CAMPBELL (CLAIM AGENT) DAVID NEWTON (PROMOTION MANAGER) SENT ME A CHECK OF 4875 DOLLARS TELLING ME I WON 125,000.00 USD I HAVE TO PAY THEM 2975 FOR THE GOVERNMENT TAX AND THAT IT HAS TO BE PAID BY MONEY GRAM OR WESTERN UNION DIRECTLY TO THE CLAIM AGENT.WHEN THE WINNING IS PROCESSED I WILL RECIEVE MY FINAL CHECK OF 125,125 LUMP AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY FEDEX... THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION TO BE A HOAX BECAUSE IT SAYS DO NOT ATTEMPT CHATHAM Ontario

This is a check cashing scam that has hit me several times. This is always comming from the same place Ontario Canada. This is a so called winning from a " American Shoppers Sweepstakes" worth 125,000.00. They send a check 0f 4875.00 issued by First Capital Securities Inc. The address is 1957 King St. Chatham Ontario Canada K1P-5R7 , to cover the so called government tax that i have to pay the claim agent by moneygram or thru Western Union. Then they will send me the rest of my winning when it is processed. This is an ongoing scamming activity yet nobody has stop them.
