HELIOCOL ARIZONA - Heliocol Green Energy - Green Energy Solar Failed to deliver product Tempe, Arizona

This is a horrible rip off operation.  They breached the contract by overcharged us on the day after signing and without notifying us.  Then they did not deliver the product as scheduled and did not respond efficiently or effectively to inquiries.  The Tempe office did not know where our solar water heater was and when the installation date would be a month after promised installation date.  No contact from them when the second range of dates for installation passed.  To add insult to injury, or further evidency of incompetency, the company then pestering us via phone and mail for another kind of hybrid water heater while our dispute with them over the initial water heater service and delivery problems was ongoing.

They refused refund to our credit card.  During this time they left us and our two young children with no hot water for six weeks and caused us extraordinary and unnecessary anguish and extra work. 

Their behavior appeared fishy, if not outright fraudulent to us.  At this point, our credit card company helped us.  We probably will never know if Heliocol will refund the money we paid (and returned by Discover Card to us); but we sincerely hope the Better Business Bureau follows up on this to ensure the card company is not cheated.  

This operation goes under many names including Heliocol Arizona and Green Energy Solar, among others and lists their website by a different name (www.sunwaterfun.com); all in common share that one person, Mr. Kelly Dancer, seems to be listed as President.  By all means do not sign a contract with these people, you might never see the product or your down payment again.
