Helix Realty Ongoing Theft, Covid-19 St Louis MO

 At 5438 Delmar Blvd, St Louis MO 63112: 98% of Helix Realty employees are white. 97% of the tenants at 5438 Delmar are African American: on or about 8-13-20 the white Male maintenance again broke into a fourth floor apt, stealing from the kitchen, did a clean sweep, sprayed cheap perfume throughout the apt, tampered with a cell phone, etc. THIS IS WHY St Louis has ongoing Covid-19.

   BODY ODOR: there are male tenants with extremely offensive body odor, yet Helix doesn't raise an eyebrow. Additionally,  Helix Realty is catering to the third floor mentally ill male, who's allowed to constantly disturb the peace, not take his psych meds, act like he's four, etc. MICE: this property has constant mice/rats; very few tenants are regularly taking trash out.
