help me down load .com a charge of 80 doll was taken off my debit card i did not aprove this. they are not putting it back ive called them many times, Internet

i was on itunes when i gave my credit card info. after having problems getting my music i called apple where they told me they had not asked for my credit card. i called my c.c company asap to find out a charge of $80 had been taken off from helpmedownload.com. when i called them they tryed to talk me into buying more services from them. i let them know that im a single mom on disability and this is my food money. they let me know that since it was in the 7 days they would give it back to me but it would take 4 days. how do i tell my daughter she will eat in 10 days. it took seconds to take my money off my card why 10 days to put it back? well it has been 4 days and my money is know where to be found. im sick over this how do they sleep or better yet stay in business. why do people do this do they realize what they have done and are doing, maybe $80 isnt alot to them but my daughter and i have no food this week. trully. they should shut this conpany down.
