This internet company is a total scam.
There have been many complaints made against this company. Enter "help me download.com" in a Google search to view some of these complaints.
In my case, I was charged over $50 for 3 different services that I didn't request. They do have a contact phone #, so I called and got 2 of the 3 charges credited to my account. The service I am billed for is worthless and really doesn't serve any purpose.
This company is running scared right now because their fraudulent activities are being exposed. Charges should be filed against this company quickly before they get out of Dodge.
